Mr. Lewis-DeGrace is a master planner with more than 15 years of experience in urban and transportation planning for private industry, municipalities, and the U.S. Department of Transportation.
His background includes transportation and land use analyses for master plan updates as well as transportation analysis for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. He is skilled in demographic, transportation, and land use research. He is also experienced in strategic planning for disaster response and rapid urbanization.
Mr. Lewis-DeGrace has an MCP in City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia and a BA in International Relations from American University in Washington, D.C.
