As a Facility Assessor for Vernadero Group Inc., you will travel to military installations across the country to conduct facility assessments in support of BUILDER® sustainment management system (SMS) implementation. The BUILDER® SMS provides integrated asset management, preserves critical data, and supplies necessary information to facility managers. Developed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Construction Engineering Research Laboratory, BUILDER® SMS is a tool for managing the life cycle of building assets.
