Anička Kratina-Hathaway has over 10 years of experience conducting natural resource studies and biological research. Her expertise includes threatened and endangered species surveys, wildlife and natural resource inventories, avian surveys, radio telemetry, animal capture and handling, and scientific and technical report writing and editing.


She is experienced in review and compliance under the National Environmental Policy Act, Endangered Species Act, Migratory Bird Treaty Act, and Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act, among other regulations.


Ms. Kratina-Hathaway has provided project management and field support to numerous ecological and biological projects across states throughout the West, Southwest, central United States, and Hawaii.


She is proficient in biological and environmental compliance monitoring and habitat assessments as well as data collection methodologies and statistical analyses.


She has a MS in Zoology and Physiology from the University of Wyoming and a BA in Ecology and Organismal Biology from the University of Montana.
