Ms. Carey Lyn Perry has 14 years of experience as a program manager, project manager, and biologist with an emphasis on environmental planning, coastal and riparian, coastal wetland restoration, and water resources projects throughout the United States.
She is skilled in preparing National Environmental Policy Act-compliance and related documents, including: Environmental Assessments, Programmatic Environmental Assessments, Environmental impact Statements, Environmental Stewardship Plans, primarily for the Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security clients.
Her experience also includes biological surveys, wildlife inventories, habitat evaluation procedure modeling, wetland delineations and permitting, and wetland value assessments.
Ms. Perry has an M.S. in Oceanography and Coastal Sciences from Louisiana State University and a B.S. in Marine Science from Eckerd College.
